Our client is a provider of Cleaning and Facilities Maintenance Services to Fortune 1000 companies and is looking for an outgoing sales representative to join their team of the highest integrity. An ideal candidate for this role must be an outgoing self-starter, who is organized and a resourceful team player with strong communication and customer service skills.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
•    Prospecting and selling company services to current and prospective clients to close sales
•    Identify new sales prospects. Follow up on new leads and referrals to close sales.
•    Prepare personal sales strategies to meet stated goals, revise as necessary and update CRM tool to ensure continued growth
•    Manage customer service through quality checks and follow-up during site visits to ensure scope of work is performed
•    Evaluate work quality and interface with Operations team Managers to ensure quality work
•    Monitor and adjust labor budgets as necessary
•    Monitor and adjust supply budgets and monthly orders as necessary 
•    Provide direction to Field Operations team Managers
•    Reply timely to all customer communication as received and respond to all communication- phone call, text or email - within company stated guidelines.

•    High School diploma (required)
•    College – or related field experience
•    Bilingual a plus 
•    Occasional overnight work required as needed for new job starts or problem solving
•    Some travel is required for this job
