  • Develop and oversee all aspects of a global enterprise communications strategy in alignment with the Enterprise Strategic Plan and in collaboration with the Marketing Leadership Team, including but not limited to, internal and external communications, executive communications, messaging, public relations, employee communications and social media. 
  • Maintain the highest standards of excellence in regards to strategic thinking, commuincations planning, program quality, integrity and branding and the flawless execution of program elements.
  • Leverage existing marketing resources and communications vehicles
  • Serves as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders. Provides strategic communication counsel to achieve leadership objectives and employee engagement across the company’s priorities, and major programs to drive business and function results. Work closely with leadership to advance the strategic priorities of the business goals. Support, promote and communicate all business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain solid and cohesive working relationships with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Production, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Finance and Branch teams to ensure success across the organization.
  • Develop and help execute protocols and processes to ensure worldwide consistency with an effective mix of localization.
  • Manages and coordinates the development, alignment and implementation of key messages across and within business units, ensuring consistent themes across business units, staff functions, and geographies.
  • Supervise new tools development including appropriate systems, support mechanisms and protocols to manage ongoing and episodic internal communications needs.
  • Establish and maintain, in close collaboration with the EVP of HR, an employment brand that attracts and grows talent.. 
  • Create effective internal communications campaigns that attract and nurture design-thinkers, build employee pride, strengthen corporate brand reputation and champion the client’s culture. 
  • Conceive, plan and execute major internal events.
  • Inform and influence external stakeholders through media relations, social and emerging media, issues management, and stakeholder-centric communications.
  • Identify and cultivate thought leadership platform to position company leaders as industry innovators including speaking engagements, publications, presentations, and social media.
  • Manage emerging issues to minimize any potential negative impact.  Ensure crisis communications plan is updated and current.
  • Strengthen and maintain a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves, goal-oriented, customer-needs focused environment that stresses employee performance, teamwork, management credibility and success.
  • Provide strong, proactive leadership to maintain a positive business climate, motivate employees and function as an effective advocate for change and growth.
  • Develop, track,  deliver and manage communications budgets.
  • Manage all agency/supplier agreements (current and proposed) and applicable budgets.  Direct agency partners to ensure the company’s goals are achieved.
  • Direct and manage a team combination of full-time staff and freelance resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and Masters Degree (M.B.A.) preferred in Communications and/or Marketing; fifteen (15) years global communications experience, with strong internal and external communications background
  • Agency experience as well as industry experience is preferred.
  • At least ten (10) years of leadership experience required.
  • Ability to represent the Company to all internal and external constituents and speak eloquently and effectively on our behalf to all key audiences within the industry and throughout the company.

  • Critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Change management/organizational effectiveness communications experience
  • Crisis/issues management communications experience
  • Event management and project planning skills
  • Proven written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks and excellent project management skills a must.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications and executive level presentations.


Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Extended business hours and weekends will be required.


Local travel will be required. Occasional out of town and international travel will be required.
