Our client is a financial services firm whose team-oriented environment offers exposure to a variety of clients including other financial service firms, family offices, private equity funds and hedge funds. Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide CFO services for high net worth clients.
  • Provide full cycle accounting for large corporate clients.
  • Perform monthly close duties for clients
  • Prepare and review financial statements for Family Offices and client companies.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare dashboards and financial packages.
  • Present information for monthly financial board meetings.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls for the department and within client engagements.
  • Interface with clients' other service providers, including tax and audit firms, private banks, and attorneys.
  • Actively participate in overall firm development, including serving on committees, supporting business development, improving processes and procedures, and recruiting.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • CPA preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macro
