Our client is a privately held, global, multi-billion dollar marketing services company based in Dallas, TX.  Innovation, creativity, collaboration, and engagement through experience are key tenets of their business.  As part of our client’s recruiting team, you will be charged with finding the most interesting candidates who thrive on personal connections and a desire to make the world a smaller place by creating moments that matter.  You'll be responsible for leading your team and guiding candidates through the hiring process. If you are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with your team, candidates and hiring managers and you are comfortable with numbers and able to draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the recruiting function - lead and grow the team while improving the capability (across sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, etc.) to deliver on talent needs and priorities of a growing business.
  • Continuously improve and scale the hiring process while ensuring an incredible hiring manager and candidate experience. Operationalize strategies to emphasize speed, quality and diversity of hires, innovative hiring strategies, process efficiency, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate leadership and advisory capabilities to achieve strategic and operational goals for the organization across all aspects of talent assessment, acquisition and on-boarding. Develop and implement operating models that align with future talent acquisition trends and business needs.
  • Lead the selection process and implementation of a managed service provider to mitigate risk and produce cost savings for the enterprise. 
  • Leverage analytical and operational capabilities across strategy formulation, business planning and implementation of key priorities for the talent needs of the business.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting / marketing as well as leading teams.
  • A passion for leadership, talent acquisition and recruiting. Clear bias for leading a highly functional team. Ability to motivate, inspire action and a results-mindset in others.
  • Ability to develop employees and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity, and an ability to build long-term, productive relationships across a global business.
  • Track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a leader.
  • Superb ability to consult and influence hiring managers. Ability to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base.
  • Successful implementation of employment branding strategy including digital advertisement, social networking, mobile, and web sourcing.
  • Knowledge of labor market economics and the impact of supply and demand in the hiring process.
  • Experience developing talent acquisition KPI’s and conducting strategic analysis on recruiting metrics.
  • Experience with Executive Search and recruitment of C level candidates.
  • Experience with college, intern and early talent programs.
  • Preferred: CIR, ACIR, CDR or PRC Recruiter certifications.
  • Utilization of applicant tracking systems (preferred SAP SuccessFactors).
