Our Dallas office needs a passionate, dedicated and proven Recruiter with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive.  The ability to work virtually and from home is a core tenet of our business.  We are not a typical search and staffing firm and are looking for a professional whose core values include integrity, transparency and dedication.  The right candidate must be able to successfully work virtually.

Responsible for start-to-finish recruiting including sourcing passive and active candidates, qualifying and candidate due diligence. Managing and coordinating communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge base in relation to the position requirements. Creating position descriptions to accurately reflect job duties and mirror client needs. Successful candidates will have experience performing detailed work history, reference, and background checks on prospective candidates.

Required areas of expertise: Start-to-finish recruitment; talent acquisition / strategic sourcing / passive candidate generation. Experience recruiting in multiple industries and career levels: accounting, finance, marketing, real estate; from administrative to C-Suite positions. 

Essential Functions:

  • Recruiter will be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity: 
  • Successful in developing genuine, long term relationships and partnerships with candidates, across a variety of industries
  • Actively recruits, interviews, assesses, reference checks and places employees meeting the specifications required by the client
  • Must be comfortable and confident in passive recruiting
  • Helps develop process and procedures to establish candidate pools.
  • Takes personal responsibility for and meets all individual activity goals and productivity targets as defined and assists the rest of the team in reaching their goals
  • Actively participates in all team meetings; actively shares ideas and concepts.
  • Communicates with clients when needed regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc.)
  • Ensures database integrity
  • Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing the candidate pools.
  • Actively participates in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge.
  • Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed including E-verify and I-9’s for all new hires, completes background checks
  • Complies with established policies and procedures; verifies work for accuracy to ensure quality of output. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Five + years of agency/staffing experience including accounting and finance disciplines
  • Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel
  • Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn required, as well as non-traditional recruiting methods
  • Experience in developing and implementing assessment tools and techniques.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, sourcing on the internet and have high computer aptitude; Bullhorn experience a plus
