Of the 753,000 jobs created since the beginning of the year, according to the Department of Labor, 589,000 were part time. While many experts attribute this continuing trend toward part-time jobs to the Affordable Care Act, for those unable to find full-time jobs the reason fewer full-time jobs are being created is less important than developing a strategy to find one.
