Privacy Policy

Overview

The Mom Corps, Inc., and Corps Team Services, LLC, DBA Corps Team (“we” or “us”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of users of our website, corpsteam.com (the “Website”). We understand that access to your identity and personal information needs to be strictly limited as part of the job search process. This Privacy Policy fully discloses the information gathering and privacy practices utilized by the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website, but does not apply to information we collect in other ways. Nor does it apply to other websites that Corps Team does not own that are linked to or from the Website. Corps Team is not responsible for the content of such websites or their privacy practices or policies.

Corps Team employees have reviewed this Privacy Policy and must adhere to it. They understand the importance of high levels of security and discretion in all functions that deal with personal information.

The Website is intended to help professionals find jobs and help companies find qualified candidates. The very nature of the services we provide necessitates the gathering, processing, analyzing and distribution of certain information about job seekers, which may include information about their background, the type of job they seek, their physical address, phone number, email address and resume.

Following is a description of how we collect information from the Website and how this information is used.

Job Seekers

On the Website, we ask several questions regarding personal information about job seekers. Providing this information is completely voluntary. We want to know these things about job seekers so we can assist them in finding employment.

When job seekers voluntarily provide information about themselves on the Website or upload their resume to us, we make such information available to potential employers without any identifying information (i.e. name, address, phone number or email address).

The name, address and email address of job seekers are only for the use of Corps Team; it will not be shared or traded to any third party. The only exception to this is when a potential employer has reviewed information about a job seeker and expressed an interest in contacting that person.

Corps Team will delete any information about job seekers from our database if that person sends an email requesting we do so to:  info@corpsteam.com. However, any information previously supplied to a potential employer may be retained in their files.

Job seekers may apply for a job listed on the Website, and upon doing so, that person’s resume (if it has been previously saved on the Corps Team Website), including his/her name and/or address, will be forwarded directly to that potential employer. When this occurs, Corps Team will have a record of the job seeker having sent their resume to the potential employer.

Corps Team will send job seekers periodic emails with items of interest and to communicate about their job search. Each email will contain a link that allows users to modify or delete their personal information. If a job seeker wishes to change the text of a submitted resume, he/she will need to submit a modified resume.

Services Providers

Corps Team uses an approved third-party service provider for all web hosting services.

Potential Employers

On the Website, we ask several questions regarding company information about potential employers. Some information is required to set up an account and to post a job opportunity.

Potential employers are also required to provide specific information about the job opportunity in order to post a job opportunity. Some information will be available on the Website to be viewed by potential job seekers.

We will list job openings on the Website. Listings will contain a general job description, including location, but will not include the name of the potential employer, unless requested by that potential employer. Job openings will not be listed here without the consent of the potential employer, and any job opening will be taken down at the potential employer’s request by sending an email to info@corpsteam.com.

Corps Team will delete any information about potential employers from our database if an authorized person at that company sends an email requesting we do so to: info@corpsteam.com.

Aggregate Information

Corps Team may gather information and share aggregate information about users of the Website with potential employers and third parties so that they understand the profile of Corps Team users. The aggregation of this information is done anonymously, and may include information relating to the age, education, experience and location of users of the Website.

Corps Team uses log files to compile data on the Website in addition to other web-based tracking technologies in order to track hits, referrals and page views. This information is used for internal purposes and data for online advertising sales information. Corps Team does not use cookies for personalization or tracking purposes.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may access or disclose a user’s personal information if such action is necessary to comply with judicial, administrative or other governmental subpoenas, warrants, or where we deem necessary at our sole discretion in order to protect the safety of users of the Website or members of the public.

Except as described herein, Corps Team will not disclose a user’s personal information outside of Corps Team without that person’s consent.
