Our Story

2004

Founder and CEO, Allison O’Kelly began doing contract accounting work for local firms in Atlanta, GA. She got more work than she could handle and teamed up with other CPA moms who were looking for part time professional Accounting and Finance work.

2005

Clients were thrilled with the access to this different talent pool and Allison branded and launched “Mom Corps” to match talented professionals looking for flexible work with companies looking for access to experienced talent.  Added Marketing, HR, Legal and Administrative Functions.

2006

Certified as a Woman-Owned Business through the WBENC

2007

Received National Recognition on The Today Show, Working Mother Magazine, NPR and Wall Street Journal

2007 - 2009

Opened regional offices in Charlotte, Boston, Washington, DC and Dallas

2012

Recognized as an EY (Ernst & Young) Entrepreneurial Winning Woman

2013

Named to the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies

2015

Branded Corps Team to reflect the work we were already doing – helping companies finding experienced professionals not only for part time, but also for full time contract and direct hire roles.
