Allison O’Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Corps Team / Mom Corps and talent acquisition expert who partners with CEOs, executives, and hiring managers to recruit exceptional talent into their organizations.
Allison has grown her business from an idea to a search and staffing firm that has placed thousands of professionals in companies nationwide. Prior to Corps Team / Mom Corps, Allison was a CPA with KPMG in Atlanta, and was in a Leadership development program with Toys R Us where she served in various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com site, Store Director of an $11 million Toys "R" Us Store, and multi-unit store management.
Allison has been recognized in the news media (TODAY Show, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes) and awarded on a national level (EY Winning Women, Working Mother, Inc. 500, Conference Board). Corps Team was named a Top 20 Woman-Owned Business in the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2019.
Allison’s current nonprofit boards include the Alliance Theater, Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta, Galloway School Annual Fund, and UGA Terry College Emeritus Alumni Board.
Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Allison is a CPA, licensed in Georgia.

In 2010, after spending 15 years as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Executive in Financial Services, Stacy led the market opening of Corps Team in Charlotte and New York City. Today she leads the focus on client service and business expansion. Keefer lives in Charlotte and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
President Mom Corps Washington D.C.
Jennifer Bainbridge owns and operates the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia franchises of Mom Corps, Inc., after spending many years in IT Leadership in the computer software, telecommunications and financial services industries. Jennifer has extensive experience in all areas of the software development lifecycle with an emphasis on Agile practices and software quality. With this expertise, she has regularly led seminars and classes on evolving IT technology. She also has extensive international management experience including offshore and nearshore IT staffing solutions. Jennifer has been with Corps Team since 2009. During that time she has been a frequent speaker and subject matter expert on hiring best practices and work-life synthesis. She currently serves on the board of Northern Virginia SHRM. Bainbridge graduated with an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BA from Barnard College.
Danielle is Corps Team’s Recruiting Manager with 10 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, leadership development, and MSP program management. She has proven success in leading effective strategies to improve recruitment and retention, building new candidate pipelines, and fostering client and consultant relationships. Danielle is passionate about delivering timely and exceptional service and possesses a solid background in full life cycle recruiting with diverse industries including Legal, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resources, and Telecommunications.
Melissa manages human resources, benefits administration, insurance, and marketing. She is the primary contact for all vendor relationships and as the Operations Manager works to improve organizational processes and is continually maximizing efficiency and productivity for Corps Team. Melissa has a BA in International Relations from the University of Connecticut and has been with Corps Team since 2009.
Senior Recruiting Consultant
Lynn joined Corps Team in 2011. Lynn earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Northern Kentucky University. She has over 14 years of recruiting and HR experience and finds great fulfillment in partnering hiring managers to help them find the best candidate for their hiring needs. Lynn’s recruiting expertise includes human resources, accounting and finance, marketing, business development, customer support, and administrative roles. However, she has successfully met business needs by managing recruitment processes outside of her wheelhouse, facing these challenges with excitement and determination.
Director, Client Services
Tselan brings more than 15 years of business and relationship development and a vast network across many business segments. She most recently served as the Executive Director of the Georgia Tennis Foundation. For more than 6 years, she led fundraising initiatives, programs focused on serving at-risk children, partner organizations, the board of directors and a tennis museum.
As a former collegiate athlete and NCAA Woman of the Year State Winner, she brings a passion for building business relationships, sales, marketing, licensing, and special events.
Tselan graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in human ecology with a business minor from the University of Tennessee. In addition to staying fit whether in the gym, outdoors or on a court, she has been a community volunteer for over 30 years.

Brigid is a PHR, SHRM-CP, and HR Generalist certified Talent Acquisition professional with 15 years of Recruiting and HR experience. She joined Corps Team in 2012 and is driven by the corporate values of making a difference in the lives of our candidates and clients by connecting great talent with great companies. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Joseph University and stays up to date on recruiting trends through continuous education from her certifications.
Beth joined Corps Team in 2013. She provides critical support to senior leaders through financial reporting, analysis, compliance, and special projects.

Nadia McKay owns and operates Corps Team/Mom Corps Boston. From 2007-2010, she served as the organization’s Regional VP, using her 20 years of experience in client service, staffing, and marketing, to grow the Mom Corps presence in the Boston market and beyond. She purchased the Boston Franchise in 2010, and since that time has partnered with innovative and growing start-up to Fortune 500 companies to bring on professional-level direct hire, contract, full-time, part-time and flexible talent across a variety of functional areas including Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, and Legal. Before joining Mom Corps, Nadia spent 14 years at Digitas, a global marketing services firm, as a VP/Marketing Director, and later as VP/Staffing for the Strategy & Analysis practice. Nadia has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Erin joined Corps Team in 2015 bringing over 15 years of full life-cycle recruiting, business development and human resources experience to the team. She has a proven ability to develop lasting relationships with highly qualified professionals. She has experience in a variety of industries including IT, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Erin is truly inspired by creating connections and developing long-lasting, valuable relationships. She has such a passion for her work that it extends to her personal life. She volunteers to help her unemployed and underemployed community find sustainable employment options. Erin takes great pride in her work and always strives to provide the highest level of service for both candidates and clients.

Kirsten is a highly strategic, results oriented Sr Recruiter with more than 20 years of experience attracting and retaining top quality candidates. Prior to Corps Team, Kirsten was a Sr Recruiter for two well-known IT Staffing Firms and a Corporate Recruiter for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Western Digital and Texas Instruments. Kirsten brings a unique expertise to the table based on her diverse recruiting background and has gained a reputation as a no-nonsense recruitment professional. Kirsten is able to draw upon a diverse history in Talent Acquisition, “Needle in a Haystack”, sourcing, recruitment and screening, Executive Search, Client Relationship Management, Account Management and Client Retention. Kirsten is an active professional member of SHRM and possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. She has been with Corps Team for six years.

Trista joined Corps Team in 2006. She is a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with 20 years of Recruiting, Account Management and HR experience. Trista received her bachelor's degree in Human Ecology with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and consistently amazes our clients with her ability to find the "purple squirrel" (the one in a million candidate for the job).
