The National Association for Business Resources Announces This Year’s Best and Brightest Companies To Work For® in Atlanta 

May 06, 2015 — Every year companies throughout Atlanta compete to be named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.” Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor. These select companies will be honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest Galleria.

The winning companies also compete for 12 elite awards, one granted for each category. Also, an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a “Best of the Best Overall” award. The elite award winners will be revealed during the breakfast program.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business. The annual symposium and awards program will begin with registration, networking and an exhibit gallery at 7:30 a.m. Educational programs along with a hot breakfast will follow at 8:30 a.m. The speaker series will include David Hand, Founder of Possibility Partners, Tino J. Mantella, President of Technology Association of Georgia and Ron Wilkins, CEO of Wilkins Solutions. The Winners’ Award Reception along with photo opportunities will take place at 10:15 a.m. followed by the Elite Awards Presentation featuring Rachel Stockman, WSB TV2 and Dana Barrett, biz 1190 AM WAFS.
