Corps Team, a nationwide, Professional Recruiting, IT Recruiting and Executive Search Firm, announced today a new corporate structure to reflect the direction of our changing business and the promotion of four key team members to support this new structure.
Corps Team has implemented a line of business structure to serve our clients with specialized expertise. We will have dedicated resources to support each line of business: Professional Recruiting, IT Recruiting and Executive Search.

Danielle Bolick has been promoted to Senior Director Recruiting. Danielle has been with Corps Team for 5 years and is an expert in staffing, recruiting, leadership development and MSP program management. Danielle will lead our Professional Recruiting line of business with a dedicated professional recruiting team.
Trista Wearing has been promoted to Senior Director Executive Search. Trista has been with Corps Team for 14 years and has been our lead Executive Search Consultant. She will grow our Executive Search business with a dedicated team of Consultants.
Kirsten Overlee has been promoted to Director, IT Recruiting. Kirsten has been with Corps Team for 6 years and has been our lead IT Recruiter. Kirsten will lead our IT Recruiting line of business with a dedicated IT recruiting team.
Melissa Caouette has been promoted to Director of Operations. Melissa has been with Corps Team for 11 years. Melissa oversees all corporate operations, including technology, compliance, HR, Legal and Marketing.
