Our Talent Acquisition Specialist creates a Custom Talent Acquisition Plan to source, recruit, and screen professionals who meet the agreed-upon criteria. Then, we integrate our active and passive candidate community with our sourcing expertise for a thorough search to identify qualified candidates. Combining our private talent network of over 300,000 professionals and their networks with our targeted recruiting finds better hires.
Go to market
We use what we learned from our Intake Interview and Position Brief to create and execute a Custom Talent Acquisition Plan. Then, we market the position according to the plan to source, screen, and recruit top talent.
Selection brief
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist presents our client with multiple candidates for review. Each candidate was screened by our experienced recruiters and evaluated on their resume skills, soft skills, goals, and needs. Our clients also receive a Selection Brief that includes a summary of our assessment of each professional and a copy of their resume.
Selection and placement
We coordinate interviews and debrief our client and each candidate to ensure we achieve our intake goals. We also manage the offer process and support the client and candidate through any counteroffers or other roadblocks. Plus, we help onboard the candidate and follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure success.
