Allison O’Kelly, CEO and Founder
Allison O’Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Corps Team and talent acquisition expert who partners with CEOs, executives, and hiring managers to recruit exceptional talent into their organizations.
Allison has grown her business from an idea to a search and staffing firm that has placed thousands of professionals in companies nationwide. She began her career in public accounting with KPMG and worked for Toys “R” Us where she served in various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com site, Store Director, and multi-unit store management.
Allison has been recognized in the news media (TODAY Show, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes) and awarded on a national level (Staffing Industry Analysts, EY Winning Women, Inc. 500, Conference Board). Her company is a 2023 Atlanta Business Chronicle Best Place to Work.
Allison serves on the Board of Directors and Governance and Executive Committees for the Alliance Theatre and is a proud member of the UGA Terry College Emeritus Alumni Board. She is a member of the current Leadership Atlanta Class of 2024.
Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She is a CPA, licensed in Georgia.

Stacy Keefer, Executive Vice President
In 2010, after spending 15 years as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Executive in Financial Services, Stacy led the market opening of Corps Team in Charlotte and New York City. Today she leads the focus on client service and business expansion.
Keefer lives in Charlotte, holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Jane McCracken, Chief Growth Officer
Jane McCracken joined Corps Team as Chief Growth Officer in 2022 after an extensive career as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
Jane most recently served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and the Assistant Director at the ATDC, the state of Georgia’s technology incubator located at Georgia Tech, where she helped entrepreneurs with go-to-market strategies, fundraising, and putting in processes to help them scale.
Jane co-founded and served in the C-suite of many technology companies including those in healthcare, software and e-commerce. She raised more than $100 million in funding for those companies and achieved a successful exit for each via IPO or trade sale.
Jane serves on the boards for public and private companies and non-profit organizations and is an active volunteer in her community. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and her master’s degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
When Jane is not enjoying time with friends and family or serving as a sous chef to her alpha-cook husband, she watches the Atlanta Braves, Scottish Rugby, and ACC Basketball.

Danielle Bolick, Senior Director, Professional Recruiting
Danielle is Corps Team’s Senior Director of Recruiting with 13 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, leadership development, and MSP program management. She has proven success in leading effective strategies to improve recruitment and retention, building new candidate pipelines, and fostering client and consultant relationships.
Danielle is passionate about delivering timely and exceptional service. She possesses a solid background in full life cycle recruiting in diverse industries such as Legal, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resources, and Telecommunications.

Kirsten Overlee, Senior Director, IT Recruiting
Kirsten is a highly strategic, results-oriented Senior Director of IT Recruiting with more than 20 years of experience attracting and retaining top-quality candidates. She currently leads our outstanding IT and Engineering recruiting team and handles account management for some of Corps Team’s top clients.
Prior to Corps Team, Kirsten was a Sr. Recruiter for two well-known IT Staffing Firms and a Corporate Recruiter for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Western Digital and Texas Instruments. She brings unique expertise to the table based on her diverse recruiting background and has gained a reputation as a no-nonsense recruitment professional.
Kirsten draws upon a diverse history in Talent Acquisition, “Needle in a Haystack”, sourcing, recruitment and screening, Executive Search, Client Relationship Management, Account Management and Client Retention. She is an active professional member of SHRM and possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. Kirsten will be with Corps Team for ten years this July.

Trista Wearing, Senior Director, Executive Search
Trista joined Corps Team in 2006. She is a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with 20 years of Recruiting, Account Management and HR experience.
Trista received her bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and consistently amazes our clients with her ability to find the “purple squirrel” (the one-in-a-million candidate for the job).
