They found the perfect candidate and made an offer but unfortunately the candidate found out they had to relocate immediately and was unable to accept the opportunity. The client knew the challenges of the market and immediately called us for our help. I did extensive sourcing and found Juliana through sourcing efforts and knew the second I spoke with her that she was exactly what the client was looking for. I submitted her over to the client right away and they requested an interview quickly. I was still in the process of finding other qualified candidates, but they met with Juliana and decided upon meeting her that she was perfect!
