Congratulations to Working Mother on 30 years of celebrating the 100 Best Companies list! It really is amazing to me that some of today’s “givens”—like maternity leave, parenting networks and lactation rooms—were once applauded as cutting-edge. We have come so far in the past 30 years, but we still have a long way to go when it comes to supporting mothers in the workplace.
