According to a recent national study, employees are willing to give up about 8 percent of their salary to find work-life synthesis. Mom Corps Houston President, Meera Naehr helps create these flexible options.

Employees want it all when it comes to work-life balance and are even willing to give up about 8 percent of their salary in order to get there, according to a national study released Thursday.

For employers this means a little flexibility at work could lead to more productive, happier workers, said Mom Corps Houston President Meera Naehr.
