As the market is really tight, I was lucky to find the perfect candidate with some extensive sourcing efforts. The candidate was passively looking and after speaking with him further about the company he was interested in learning more. He wanted to make sure that he found the right environment for him with a great team. After the interview he received an offer and he accepted on the spot!
